4 Things Women Can Do to Make Sex More Enjoyable, Says New Study 1

Researchers at Indiana University School of Medicine and OMGYES, a sex education website for women, conducted a new study to reveal the techniques that women can use during sex, which would make the experience more enjoyable. The researchers used the data provided by more than 4,000 women aged between 18 and 93 in the world, and the research results were published in PLOS No.1 magazine. The study yielded four newly named techniques for things women can do to take action during sex to enhance the experience.

“so far, there is no specific way for women to improve their pleasure,” Christina von hippel of South Carolina described. D, MPH, a research scientist at OMGYES, a former researcher at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health and the Harvard T.h. Chan School of Public Health, in the official release. “by naming these popular technologies and showing how effective they are, we hope that women will explore what they like and advocate what they want inside and outside the bedroom.”

According to the research, more than 76% of women found this technique to enhance their sexual experience. It includes constantly “shaking” the penis root “in the process of insertion”, “the penis is always inside” instead of “inserting and pulling out”.
